Spring at Penn
People says it's the photographer that decides the picture, not the camera. That's bullshit. Here are the shots that I took during Spring in the US with my new DSLR Olympus Evolt 500.
"Spring Sonata"
The flying petals are thrown rigurously by WeiJia. It kinda looks romantic, huh?
"Eminem Jr"
This retarded looking guy is my housemate, can you believe that?
"Bright"
Which was brighter? The sunlight or our housemate???
"Green"
This was taken during Spring at Washington when the wind was freaking cold and we were walking in the rain
"Father and Son"
Another shot of father and son, taken by Adrian's Canon Point and shoot at UPenn. The boy sure got into Wharton next time
I hope you all like the photos today :)

Second post
Still my old camera Creative 3.2 Megapizels and 3x zoom
"Close up"
This is a electric pole near UPenn. The pole was heavily pinned with notices and ads.
"White blossoms"
This is a white cherry blossom tree on the side walk near my company. I took it from a bus through a bus window. It's a bit blurry, but it kinda looks good.
"Liberty"
It's statue of liberty from a boat at far distance. It was on a cloudy day after the rain and it was freaking cold
"Color"
It's a New York apartment. It was on the same cloudy day, the steel stair way and the cold bricks sorta bring the whole silver, red, yellow color scheme out.
"Father and son"
A baby boy chased after a bunch of pigeons on the street. Caught the moment. He's so cute! :)
"Alone"
A bench sitting alone in the sunset. Taken in Atlantic City.

The opening
So I did it again. This is my 5th blog. I'm currently maintaining 3 at a time. How crazy a blogger is that???
Anyway this is gonna be my photo blog. It will display my journey as an amateur photographer, from the very first step and through the growth, experience that I learned, mistakes I've made.
The stadard of my photography is not that high yet, but I hope you guys will enjoy the photos I post here.
OK, first stop, the photos I took last year with my Creative Digicam 3.2 Megapixels with #x Zoom. Enjoy
"Cho Ben Thanh" (Ben Thanh Market)
I took this photo while I was driving a motobike. (Yes, I took it with my left hand while driving with my right hand) This is one of the most famous place in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam. It sells everything from clothes to food to jewelry. Make sure you visit next time
"Earth to Heaven"
This was taken from the first floor of my house all the way up to the sky light. It was around 10 am I think
"H"
This is an condo in Toa Payoh, Singapore. I was waiting for a bus that day and I saw it. Kinda looks like letter
H, huh?
"Heart"
No, I didn't make this. It was 100% natural. It was on my way from Philips office to the bus stop. And you ask why I have my camera there? Well, I'm a photographer, I guess :)
"Luggage"
This is my luggage from Singapore back home. I took this at Changi airport.
"Leaves"
This is next to Engine A2 Busstop. I think it was after a shopping trip at Clementi. Haha give me a camera and I will take everything on earth.
"21st"
This is my 21st birthday cake. Lovely huh? Thanks a lot CJ, Ting, Fushan, James and Kelly
"Day light"
This is outside of my F302 KEVII Window during the day
"After sunset"
Another shot from my window just right after sunset
"Nights"
Another shot from my window in KE at almost midnight.
"In the river"
This was taken during winterat Pocono, Pennsylvania, US. A sad dry leaf floating in the river in the dead cold water. Inspiring...
"Sunset in Ubin"
This was taken from a boat out to the sea near Pulau Ubin, Singapore.
"A corner of NUS"
From A2 bus stop to A1 bus stop in NUS.
You may already notice I don't usualy stick with horizons and all that boring stuffs :p
"Reflection"
Another building at Toa Payoh. This time is together with its twin in the water.
I just love tilted horizon :)
"Smile"
This was during FLOAT 2005. The guy was just walking toward us, smiling at his girlfriend.
It's just a candid shot, he's no model, but I think it's great in the sense that the smile was not posing. Common, normal people can look good in photos too :)
OK, so much for the first post. See ya guys in later posts :)
Support this photo blog and my other blogs, alrite :)
